Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content including text, graphics, photos, and videos across all major channels.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and audience feedback to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to generate regular performance reports and insights.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Prior experience in interior design, furniture, home decor, lifestyle, or retail industries is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong photography, videography, and copywriting skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
