Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to promote shipping and logistics services.
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, reels, compelling captions, and promotional materials.
- Manage active social media platforms and maintain a consistent, strategic posting schedule.
- Produce educational content explaining shipping services, logistics processes, industry updates, and company milestones.
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade photos and videos for corporate campaigns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to online enquiries, comments, and direct messages.
- Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns designed to generate quality leads and attract B2B clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant logistics news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
- Collaborate with management and internal departments to communicate company achievements effectively.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proven professional experience in social media management and content creation.
- Prior experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or B2B sector is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency across major platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Demonstrated competence in graphic design, video editing, photography, and copywriting.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and social media analytics.
- Must provide a robust portfolio showcasing previous creative work and successful campaigns.
- Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and immediate availability to resume on-site in Apapa, Lagos.
