Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Develop engaging content that promotes our industrial machinery, manufacturing products, and technical services.
- Create comprehensive content calendars to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
- Research emerging industry trends and identify strategic opportunities to improve brand visibility.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and informative content for diverse audiences.
- Support targeted digital marketing campaigns and actively generate qualified leads through social media channels.
- Design attractive visual assets using graphic design principles and AI-powered tools.
- A degree or relevant educational qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in managing B2B social media platforms.
- Excellent written communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- A strong willingness to learn and deeply understand Maticline's business model, products, and target industry.
- Ability to grasp technical engineering concepts quickly and communicate them effectively.
- Proficiency in graphic design and the application of AI tools for content creation.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, beverage, or packaging industries will be a distinct advantage.
