We are currently looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all major digital platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design, create, and publish engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to promote company initiatives, product launches, and corporate milestones.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and audience feedback, engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and execute targeted paid campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role within the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow online communities and drive high levels of engagement.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
