We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital footprint, elevate our brand engagement, and spearhead interactive marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in connecting our brand with key audiences through compelling storytelling and strategic digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and publish engaging, high-quality content across all primary social media platforms to drive brand awareness.
- Proactively manage online communities, promptly responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering positive customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, specialized campaigns, and industry-specific content initiatives.
- Monitor current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement metrics to optimize strategy.
- Track campaign performance regularly and generate comprehensive analytical reports for leadership review.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all channels while ensuring full compliance with digital advertising policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Possess 4 to 5 years of proven professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Prior working experience within the Betting or iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation, copywriting, cross-channel communication, and active community management.
- Proficiency in utilizing social media analytics, scheduling, and management tools.
- Highly creative, exceptionally organized, and possessing a sharp eye for detail.
