About the Role
TeKnowledge is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Lead to develop and execute our global social media strategy. In this role, you will drive brand visibility, support demand generation, and ensure messaging consistency across international markets while collaborating closely with our Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of TeKnowledge’s global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation, planning, and management of multi-platform content calendars to drive engagement.
- Manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence and support up to four executives with tailored thought-leadership plans.
- Track, analyze, and report on core social media KPIs, delivering quarterly insights to optimize performance and audience growth.
- Maintain strict governance of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all channels.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing executive social media profiles and driving B2B demand generation.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and analytical skills with a strong understanding of global digital trends.
