About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria to manage site operations, maintenance, and solar infrastructure projects to ensure optimal performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, testing, and repair of company-owned electrical and solar energy equipment across assigned project locations.
- Conduct site visits for new project opportunities to evaluate available power, facility constraints, construction permits, and support contractors.
- Implement electrical designs, point-to-point wiring diagrams, and select components for custom-built control panels.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and comprehensive health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies.
- Collaborate with management to assess life cycle costs, streamline procurement practices, and mitigate operational project risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in renewable energy, power systems, or site engineering.
- Strong technical capacity with proven problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of renewable energy systems, specifically commercial solar installations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
