This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced site environments and is passionate about delivering structurally sound, safe, and timely projects.
As a Site Engineer, you will work closely with the project management and architectural teams to oversee the technical execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with structural specifications, technical drawings, and quality standards, while supervising subcontractors and labor to keep projects on track and within scope.

Key Responsibilities- Manage daily on-site operations and supervise labor and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accurate project execution.
- Conduct structural integrity testing and apply survey techniques to maintain engineering precision throughout construction.
- Ensure all site activities strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and relevant industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and liaise with the design team to implement practical, effective solutions.
- Monitor construction progress against project timelines and report updates to the project management team.
- Ensure quality control measures are consistently applied across all phases of construction.
- First degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or Civil/Structural Engineering (mandatory).
- 5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in construction site management.
- Professional certification such as COREN or NSE is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of structural specifications, survey techniques, and HSE compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs with a high degree of accuracy.
