As our Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily shift operations and ensure seamless service delivery across all areas
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members during assigned shifts
- Maintain premium service standards aligned with The Living Room's brand values
- Monitor facility cleanliness, security, and safety compliance
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational resources
- Ensure 24-hour operational continuity and compliance with company policies
- Report to management on shift performance and team metrics
- Relevant hospitality, service management, or supervisory qualification
- Proven experience in shift supervision or team leadership
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
- Available to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in English communication
