Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee cementing service line operations at the well site to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide comprehensive pre-job planning, including crew instructions, equipment allocation, and localized dispute resolution.
- Direct and evaluate the daily activities and performance levels of service operators, providing targeted training for continuous improvement.
- Perform critical on-site job calculations and lead diverse crews comprising Halliburton and partner personnel.
- Manage post-job activities, including equipment cleanup, necessary repairs, and preparation for subsequent operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction, maintain accountability for revenue viability, and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification with a minimum of one year of experience as a Service Operator - Cementing, II.
- Valid commercial equipment driving license and proven capability to operate relevant field machinery.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for high-stakes oilfield service environments.
