We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Manager to drive talent management and HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting subsidiaries, regions, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute workforce plans aligned with business objectives, approved budgets, and strategic goals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure timely, merit-based hiring and robust talent pipelines.
- Design and implement annual learning and development plans, tracking training effectiveness and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, manage relations, and oversee grievance, disciplinary, and appeal processes fairly.
- Implement the company-wide performance management framework, guiding goal-setting and appraisal calibrations.
- Administer compensation and benefits, coordinating payroll inputs and ensuring compliance with statutory remittances.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour and employment laws while managing HR operations and administrative data.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM is an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws and statutory obligations.
- Demonstrated generalist experience across recruitment, performance management, L&D, and compensation.
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
