About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Africa, you will be instrumental in attracting and hiring exceptional talent across the African region. You will partner strategically with business leaders and hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple countries and functions, delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven insights to build diverse talent pipelines supporting BIC's continued expansion in the agribusiness sector. Based in Lagos, Nigeria or Nairobi, Kenya, you will shape the future of talent acquisition across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple African markets for corporate, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and employee referrals to identify active and passive talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions across the region
- Partner with Country HRBPs and hiring managers to support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency and high-quality execution
- Manage candidate activity within SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Promote BIC's employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment events
- Use recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill and cost efficiency
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment legislation and global policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
- 8+ years of recruitment experience in Talent Acquisition, executive search or agency recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple African countries with international hiring expertise
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques
- Consumer goods or manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills managing multiple concurrent requisitions
- Fluent English with French and/or Arabic language skills considered advantageous
