About the Role
White Crust Limited is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities across assigned project sites in Wuse 2, Abuja. In this role, you will ensure projects are executed flawlessly in accordance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines, particularly within high-end residential and real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations, supervising engineers, subcontractors, foremen, and artisans to ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, resolving technical challenges promptly as they arise during construction.
- Enforce rigorous quality control standards and conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defective work.
- Manage material resources efficiently, minimising wastage and verifying deliveries against approved specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, promoting a secure working environment.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in construction and site engineering, particularly on large-scale projects.
- Active professional registration with COREN or another relevant regulatory body is an added advantage.
