About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operations, financial performance, and leadership of our dining venues. In this role, you will ensure high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and profitability while representing the esteemed Genesis brand.
Key Responsibilities- Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure smooth, efficient service execution.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff while fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage labor costs, food and beverage expenses, operational budgets, and inventory controls to maximize profit margins.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of food presentation, service etiquette, and facility cleanliness.
- Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian health codes, food safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with food and equipment suppliers while auditing stock levels regularly.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume or upscale restaurant management.
- Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in P&L management, labor tracking, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in modern Point-of-Sale systems and restaurant management software.
- Active food safety certification and deep knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
