About the Role

We are currently looking for a meticulous and driven Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will uphold our stringent quality and safety standards across complex energy projects, ensuring every phase of execution meets global industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor onshore fabrication and offshore installation activities to ensure strict adherence to project specifications and engineering standards.
- Witness critical quality verification processes including welding, NDT, PWHT, coating, pressure testing, and dimensional control.
- Inspect incoming materials, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when discrepancies arise, and sign off Inspection Test Records (ITRs).
- Prepare comprehensive daily inspection and QA/QC reports for project stakeholders to track progress and compliance.
- Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines while working with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Valid BOSIET, OSP, and offshore medical fitness certificates.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP 3.1/3.2, NDT Level II, or CSWIP Plant Inspection.
- In-depth working knowledge of international codes and standards including ISO, API, DNV, and ASME.
