About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Proposals Advisor specializing in Integrated Well Services & Solutions to drive our business growth and commercial success in Nigeria. In this impactful role, you will shape our market vision, lead strategic tender processes, and ensure that our bids deliver maximum shareholder value while mitigating commercial risks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of complex proposals, tender documentation, and contract negotiations for key business unit clients.
- Drive competitive pricing and ensure all deals deliver strong shareholder value while maintaining compliance with contract commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional sales teams including engineering, legal, risk, and finance to address technical, economic, and logistical aspects of major bids.
- Manage intricate sales processes requiring deep technical understanding of oil and gas products, systems, and client environments.
- Handle challenging multi-country or large-scale regional markets with a long-term strategic perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in proposals, commercial management, and tendering within the energy sector.
- Strong technical background and comprehensive understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an organized approach to complex challenges.
- Proactive communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and a proven customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with familiarity in MS Project.
