About the Role

We are currently seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee our factory construction and industrial development projects. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to bring complex industrial facilities from inception to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise factory construction and development projects from inception through to final completion.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, project budgets, timelines, and allocation of resources efficiently.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with approved designs, industry safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, operations, and other key stakeholders to guarantee facilities meet operational specifications.
- Monitor overall project progress, proactively resolve construction challenges, and deliver regular, detailed progress reports to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Proven professional experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on factories and industrial facilities.
- Demonstrated experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector, with background knowledge of industry standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly required or preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of construction planning, contractor management, budgeting, quality control, and execution strategies.
