About the Role
Ren San & Co is a boutique management and business support service firm specializing in strategic solutions for clients across various industries. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our luxury property in Abuja, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards and seamless operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Take full, independent ownership of daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Lead by example to set high standards of professionalism, discipline, and accountability among the operational team.
- Own the end-to-end guest experience, personally managing escalated complaints and conducting rigorous five-star facility inspections.
- Build, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and operational checklists.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports while monitoring costs and supporting budget planning.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or luxury serviced apartments, with 2 to 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Prior exposure to property renovation or construction-adjacent supervision is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, operational intelligence, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Abuja and available for full-time, on-site work with flexible scheduling.
