Specializing in oncology, cardiovascular medicine, and advanced surgery, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Nurse Manager - Education & Training to spearhead our nursing education, staff training, and continuous professional development initiatives. This leadership role ensures our nursing workforce maintains the highest standards of evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing education and staff training programs across various clinical departments.
- Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in clinical governance.
- Establish robust competency assessment frameworks and mentor nursing staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to align training initiatives with institutional goals and patient safety standards.
- Keep abreast of modern advancements in nursing education, healthcare technology, and evidence-based clinical practices.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current professional licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related healthcare field is highly preferred.
- Substantial clinical nursing experience accompanied by proven leadership, teaching, and staff development capabilities.
- Strong expertise in evidence-based practice, adult learning methodologies, competency assessment, and clinical governance.
