We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead our Port Harcourt branch office operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring operational profitability, and maintaining our high standards of service excellence across all real estate portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management, and valuation briefs and business opportunities for the branch.
- Manage and oversee full branch operations to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
- Supervise portfolios across Capital Markets, Property/Facility Management, and Valuations.
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while driving new client acquisition initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class Upper grade.
- 12 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management.
- Must be an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Must be duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
- Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a strong added advantage.
