We seek a pragmatic Senior Engineer to design and build our Backoffice Admin UI. Your work will directly empower internal teams by providing secure, efficient tools to resolve disputes, override KYC checks, and access transaction trails without engineering intervention. You'll prioritize speed-to-delivery and functional utility, with deep expertise in internal security and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop the Backoffice Admin UI serving Ops, Risk, and Customer Support teams
- Build secure tooling for manual workflows including dispute resolution and KYC overrides
- Create interfaces exposing transaction trails and critical system data without requiring SQL queries
- Implement strict RBAC ensuring staff access only authorized information
- Rapidly prototype and ship functional features addressing operational bottlenecks
- Maintain security standards and audit trails for all manual interventions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5-9 years software engineering experience with full-stack or backend expertise
- Strong understanding of internal security, authorization frameworks, and RBAC
- Proven experience building admin dashboards, internal portals, or CRM integrations
- Solid database knowledge and ability to translate SQL requirements into secure APIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Priority given to speed-to-delivery over pixel-perfect interfaces
