About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring passengers and baggage are handled consistently according to Qatar Airways' rigorous commercial and safety standards, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, and baggage services with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate seamlessly with check-in, transfer desk, and Airport Services Supervisor to ensure smooth passenger acceptance
- Escort and direct arriving and departing passengers to appropriate destinations including hotels, visa counters, transfer desks, premium lounges, and boarding gates
- Assist passengers with entry requirements, visa inquiries, and residence permit information
- Liaise with ground handling partners (GHA) for efficient processing of hotel and transfer passengers
- Support duty officers with company materials and records management
- Ensure streamlined passenger flow through all airport facilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency
- Minimum 1 year of airport operations experience with a leading airline
- Proven customer service background in high-pressure environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Shift work availability is essential
- DCS experience and ticketing knowledge preferred
- Strong Amadeus system proficiency highly desired
- Current legal right to live and work in Nigeria
