The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and implementing proactive protection strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security guard team to ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security protocols to protect personnel, property, and physical assets.
- Conduct regular security inspections, patrols, and audits across facilities in Enugu to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies, coordinating appropriate mitigation measures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance to promote high levels of operational efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with management to assess evolving security needs and develop comprehensive safety plans.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.
- Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide security personnel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern security protocols, emergency response procedures, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional ability to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and clients.
- Keen attention to detail with strong observational skills to identify potential security risks proactively.
