About the Role
First Treebones Hotel & Resort is an upcoming luxury hospitality destination located in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria. Founded by renowned real estate developer and businessman Mr. Steven Ukpabi, our resort is currently finalizing preparations for a grand opening. We are seeking vigilant, professional, and well-mannered Security Personnel to join our safety team and provide exceptional protection and hospitality services to our esteemed guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor hotel premises, entrances, and exits to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular patrols around the resort grounds, guest accommodations, and facilities to ensure optimal security.
- Manage guest and visitor access control professionally, ensuring all protocols are strictly followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate and calm action.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general hospitality needs while maintaining a watchful eye.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs of daily security operations.
- Possession of relevant educational qualifications and security certifications.
- Proven work experience as a security officer, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector, is an added advantage.
- Must be hardworking, highly professional, observant, and well-mannered.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a friendly disposition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
