About the Role
Latins Security Limited, a leading private security firm, is seeking an experienced Security Operatives Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and manage our dedicated team of security professionals. This is a critical leadership position where you will ensure the delivery of exceptional security solutions tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage daily work schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and guard punctuality across all assigned sites
- Conduct access control operations, including verification of identification, vehicles, and packages at entry points
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular site patrols to prevent criminal activity and protect client properties
- Lead emergency response efforts during critical incidents including fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, maintain operational logs, and conduct thorough investigations of security breaches
- Train and mentor security personnel on building protocols, equipment usage, and professional conduct standards
- High school diploma minimum; certification in security management, criminology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a security guard with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for extended standing and walking duties
- Proficiency with security systems, CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Valid security clearance and professional references required
