We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Operative to join our safety team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure environment for our esteemed guests and staff, ensuring that every stay is comfortable and worry-free.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and thoroughly check all incoming and outgoing vehicles to maintain perimeter security.
- Ensure the absolute safety of lives and properties within the hotel premises at all times.
- Conduct regular and systematic patrols around the hotel grounds and facilities.
- Maintain active vigilance by practicing the security mantra of see something, say something.
- Monitor and regulate the entry and exit of staff members within the premises.
- Handle proper documentation of staff belongings and equipment at the designated staff gate.
- Perform other security-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Security Officer (CSO).
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and proven security experience in a similar role.
- Strong observation skills with a proactive approach to potential security risks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
