Abuja Clinics has been a premier healthcare provider in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) since 1989, operating advanced multi-specialty hospitals across Karu, Garki, and Maitama. We are currently seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to safeguard our premises, personnel, and valuable medical assets. In this vital role, you will help maintain a secure, peaceful environment conducive to healing and patient care, ensuring that our medical staff can operate with absolute peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee comprehensive daily security operations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies across hospital facilities.
- Safeguard the organization's physical assets, medical equipment, staff, and patients against potential threats and unauthorized access.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust security processes, protocols, and policies tailored to a healthcare setting.
- Identify vulnerabilities, reduce physical security risks, and limit organizational liability.
- Act swiftly and decisively during crisis management situations, maintaining calm and order in accordance with hospital standards.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven security experience, preferably within a corporate or healthcare environment.
- A strong-willed, resilient individual with a positive work attitude and high ethical standards.
- Enthusiastic and reliable, with the physical and mental stamina to perform all designated security duties effectively.
