About the Role
Abuja Clinics, a leading healthcare institution operating across Karu, Garki, and Maitama in the FCT since 1989, is seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the lives of our patients, visitors, and staff, as well as protecting hospital property and advanced medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement day-to-day security operations, assessing and mitigating risks to safeguard the facility and its assets.
- Enforce security processes, policies, and access control protocols to maintain a safe hospital environment.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and security regulations.
- Monitor premises, manage visitor access, and respond swiftly to emergencies or crises.
- Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality regarding hospital operations and patient information.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- At least 2 years of proven security experience, preferably within a healthcare or corporate setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a cordial, patient, and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team.
