Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver comprehensive science lessons in line with the school curriculum
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and administer tests, assignments, and practical experiments to reinforce learning
- Maintain discipline and instill moral values in accordance with the academy's principles
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to enhance the overall academic program
- Guide students in science projects, competitions, and extracurricular activities
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment and teaching materials
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with demonstrated teaching ability
- Strong knowledge of science subjects at the secondary school level
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively within a structured academic environment
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Dengi, Kanam LGA, Plateau State
