About the Role
KadMap is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy School Management Software Trainer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in bridging the gap between our innovative educational technology and the everyday users in schools. You will empower educators, administrators, and staff by providing comprehensive training on our proprietary school management and student administration systems, ensuring seamless software adoption and maximizing operational efficiency across institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Train clients and school personnel on how to effectively use assigned school management and student administration software.
- Demonstrate core functions including admissions, student records, enrollment, course registration, academic reporting, and fee management.
- Guide participants through practical, real-world examples tailored to the workflows of educational institutions.
- Develop clear user guides, step-by-step instructional manuals, and engaging training exercises.
- Provide prompt, knowledgeable support to answer everyday software usage questions and troubleshoot user challenges.
- Adapt training delivery styles to suit diverse audiences, including administrative staff, teachers, and school executives.
- Assess participant comprehension and identify knowledge gaps requiring follow-up training or additional resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software trainer, customer success specialist, or educational consultant, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Strong understanding of school administration processes, student information systems, and academic workflows.
- Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand instructions for non-technical users.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, training videos, and user manuals.
