Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and overall administrative management for the entire school.
- Oversee the successful implementation and integration of the British and Nigerian curricula.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of instruction and professional growth.
- Maintain a nurturing, disciplined, and inclusive faith-based environment that aligns with the core values of the school.
- Engage actively with parents, guardians, and the wider community to build strong partnerships and promote the school.
- Manage school resources, budgets, and facilities efficiently to support optimal learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulatory bodies and standards in Nigeria.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field (Master Degree is an added advantage).
- Proven experience as a School Head, Principal, or in a senior educational leadership role.
- Deep understanding of both the British and Nigerian educational curricula.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal management skills.
