About the Role
Lucky Fibres Limited, the renowned manufacturer behind Nobel Carpets and the popular premium hair extension brand Lush Hair, is seeking a results-driven SBP Sales Supervisor. In this role based in the Lekki Ajah axis, you will oversee our Strategic Business Partner network, driving commercial performance and strengthening brand visibility across the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Drive monthly sales targets from SBPs, maintaining an optimal product mix of 60% dry hair and 40% wet hair sales.
- Onboard qualified new strategic business partners and nurture relationships with existing networks to increase order frequency and average order value.
- Execute promotional campaigns, ensure proper deployment of point-of-sale materials, and maintain adequate stock levels ahead of peak demand periods.
- Track daily sales performance, monitor SKU performance, and provide comprehensive weekly and monthly business review reports.
- Gather and report actionable competitor intelligence from assigned territory locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in channel sales, key account management, or field sales within the FMCG or beauty sector.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of data tracking, reporting tools, and territory management within Lagos, specifically Lekki Ajah.
