About the Role
CWAY Group is a leading multinational company specializing in the production and wholesale supply of treated water, soft drinks, and beverages across Africa and Asia. As we continue to expand our footprint and market leadership in Nigeria, we are looking for a dedicated SAP Operator and Import & Export Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain and finance operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Verify all import charges, post costs accurately in SAP FI, create accounts payable entries, reconcile variances, and support the month-end closing process.
- Manage Nigerian import documentation and regulatory compliance, including Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, and customs clearance while coordinating seamlessly with clearing agents.
- Track inbound shipments closely, control demurrage costs, and maintain accurate landing cost records.
- Assist with export paperwork as required and ensure all shipping documents are properly archived for internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Nigerian import operations and logistics.
- Proven expertise in SAP FI and SAP MM modules, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Accounts Payable (AP) postings.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian import regime, port charges, customs duties, and relevant government levies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance.
