About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking vibrant and dedicated Sandwich Makers to join our dynamic food service teams across multiple locations in Lagos, including ICM, GRA, Gbagada, Yaba, Surulere, and Abule-Egba. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and assemble a variety of delicious sandwiches and food items efficiently and according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available for daily food preparation.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure quick turnaround times and high customer satisfaction.
- Must be between 19 and 25 years of age.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Well-spoken, friendly, presentable, and possessing a strong customer-first mindset.
- Must be physically fit, agile, energetic, and capable of working quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to the preferred work location in Lagos.

- Attractive mid-month incentive of 25,000 Naira after three months of successful probation.
