About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representative / Field Marketer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence, managing in-store customer relations, and executing effective field marketing strategies to generate quality leads and boost overall sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage walk-in customers professionally while delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Execute targeted field marketing campaigns to identify and attract new prospective buyers.
- Convert generated leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Provide accurate details regarding company services, pricing options, and current promotions.
- Record daily sales interactions, lead generation metrics, and customer feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales targets and submit detailed performance reports.
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Must be between 25 and 30 years of age.
- Proven aptitude in sales, field marketing, or customer service environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media management, and Canva is an added advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦150,000 to ₦200,000.
