PalmPay is expanding its reach and is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Officers. This is a field-based role designed for people who enjoy working directly with customers in markets, shops, and small business environments, helping them access simple and reliable loan products that meet their everyday needs. As a Sales Officer, you will play a key role in driving financial inclusion by identifying potential customers, educating them on available loan options, and guiding them through the onboarding process. You will work closely with your team to meet daily and weekly targets while representing PalmPay's brand with professionalism and integrity in your assigned location.
Key Responsibilities- Approach and engage potential customers within markets, shops, and business communities
- Educate customers on PalmPay's loan products, features, and benefits
- Guide customers through the loan application and onboarding process
- Consistently meet daily and weekly loan disbursement targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service at all times
- Report daily field activities and sales performance to your supervisor
- No prior work experience required; full training will be provided
- Must be comfortable working in the field, including markets, shops, and business areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Must reside in one of the following locations: Kwara, Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers
