In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand visibility, executing powerful merchandising strategies, and driving retail sales success within our client's showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure optimal product placement, eye-catching displays, and maximum visibility within the retail showroom.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels closely to guarantee all electronics and home appliances are adequately displayed and readily available for purchase.
- Actively support sales operations and implement innovative merchandising strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze product performance metrics and identify actionable opportunities to boost sales velocity.
- Maintain an impeccably organized, attractive, and customer-friendly shopping environment.
- Generate comprehensive sales and merchandising reports while providing valuable feedback on prevailing consumer and market trends.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working as a Sales Merchandiser, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience selling and merchandising consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
