About the Role
Ecofitnesshub Limited is a fast-growing fitness centre established in 2021 with branch networks in Lagos and Abuja, on a mission to expand across Nigeria and beyond. We offer bespoke fitness services, diverse recreational programs, and top-tier training classes. We are currently looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Merchandiser to manage our retail offerings, boost merchandise sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to our gym members.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote and sell gym merchandise, including fitness apparel, supplements, accessories, and wellness products.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed in line with brand standards to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Track and manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and coordinate timely replenishment with management.
- Provide a friendly, professional shopping experience while offering expert product guidance tailored to members' fitness goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, prepare daily and weekly reports, and support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with front desk staff and fitness trainers to cross-sell products and support overall gym operations.
- Minimum of a OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Merchandiser, Retail Associate, or in a similar sales-driven role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and basic administrative abilities.
