Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced sales techniques and up-selling strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining strong guest loyalty.
- Handle and process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via phone, fax, mail, or digital platforms.
- Manage Marriott Rewards point redemptions and determine appropriate guest complimentaries to enhance satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department, including email correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to elite brand standards, anticipating their needs and resolving any inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest communication and effective problem resolution.
- Assist management in training, motivating, and supporting team members to achieve collective departmental goals.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
