Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain customer accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure all financial data and account information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Verify financial records by systematically cross-checking invoices, payments, and expenses
- Reconcile account discrepancies and prepare comprehensive financial reports
- Support sales activities while maintaining rigorous account management standards
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and provide actionable insights to the sales team
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
