About the Role
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, a leading indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing giant founded in 1984, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Reverse Osmosis Operator to join our dynamic production team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of our Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant and associated water-treatment systems, directly contributing to our mission of delivering flawless, high-quality pharmaceutical products on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and perform routine maintenance work on the Reverse Osmosis plant and raw water distribution system.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation and comprehensive logbooks for all RO plant activities.
- Execute periodic cleaning of RO membranes and EDI systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine sanitization of the entire RO system in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage daily chemical dosing operations according to exact production requirements.
- Hold an OND or NABTEB qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Possess 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in reverse osmosis and water-treatment operations within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
