About the Role
OmniRetail is a pioneering unified consumer goods distribution platform transforming traditional trade across Africa. Through innovative products like OmniBiz, Mplify, and OmniPay, we digitize the entire FMCG value chain to drive efficiency and growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Network Growth Manager to spearhead retailer acquisition, activation, retention, and overall sales expansion across our expanding Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive retailer acquisition and active customer growth across all assigned Micro Fulfilment Centre locations.
- Manage, mentor, and improve the productivity of field sales teams and Professional Sales Executives (PSEs).
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives for retailer onboarding, activation, retention, and increased repeat orders.
- Build and manage strategic MFC partner relationships to ensure the consistent achievement of regional growth and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare comprehensive performance reports for executive leadership.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related commercial field.
- 7 to 10 years of robust experience in field sales, FMCG, retail distribution, sales operations, or network management within the Nigerian market.
- Proven track record of managing large field sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- High willingness to travel frequently across various MFC locations and operational hubs.
