Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and offering expert recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and transmit them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, adhering strictly to fine-dining standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Clear tables, bus dishes, and reset dining areas swiftly and quietly to maintain a pristine restaurant atmosphere.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Server, Busser, or Food Runner in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine-dining establishment.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, certifications, or professional training in hospitality management or food service.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
