We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager & Banquet Operations Manager to oversee our high-end dining outlets and exclusive banquet facilities. Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage all daily front-of-house restaurant and banquet operations to ensure flawless execution and five-star service standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hospitality staff to foster a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and proactive guest service.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the executive culinary team to guarantee exceptional food and beverage quality, presentation, and timing.
- Manage inventory, control operational costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee event planning, setup, and execution for high-profile banquets, corporate functions, and private luxury gatherings.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all dining and event spaces.
- Handle VIP guest relations, addressing feedback promptly and maintaining lasting relationships with high-net-worth patrons.
- Bachelor's degree or higher National Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive management experience in five-star hotels, luxury restaurants, or high-end banquet operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse hospitality teams and driving operational profitability.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities tailored to a luxury clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage management systems, inventory control, and event coordination.
