Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
- Manage, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and resolve guest feedback promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and handle ordering of restaurant supplies and fresh ingredients.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations across the dining and kitchen areas.
- Drive sales growth and support marketing initiatives to attract new patrons to Joseph's Pot.
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control.
