About the Role
Bukka Hospitality Limited (trading as Bukka Hut), a leading fast-food restaurant chain renowned for serving authentic Nigerian meals in a comfortable and hygienic environment, is seeking a diligent and proactive Restaurant Inventory Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our inventory systems to support our mission of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, purchase orders, and deliveries in real-time.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile stock data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock thresholds and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit comprehensive inventory reports to management to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring clean, organized, and secure inventory storage in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen, procurement, and management teams to streamline supply chain and inventory workflows.
- Implement industry best practices for inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and process optimization.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven working experience in inventory control, warehousing, or store management, preferably within the hospitality or fast-food industry.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
