We are currently seeking an exceptional Resident Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure the highest standards of luxury, service, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services operations to maintain ultra-luxury standards.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver personalized and flawless service.
- Manage resident and guest relations, promptly resolving any issues with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and contribute to revenue-generation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand quality regulations across all residential and public spaces.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the immaculate upkeep of all luxury facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management or high-end residential property management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of property management systems and hospitality financial operations.
