About the Role
District 9 Branded Residences (Velmonti Palace) is Abuja's upcoming landmark ultra-luxury destination, and we are opening our doors for world-class hospitality talent! We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to lead our reservations team and deliver exceptional service to our discerning clientele. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing room revenue, managing booking platforms, and ensuring seamless coordination between guests and our luxury hospitality operations from initial inquiry to arrival.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all daily reservation operations, group bookings, and VIP accommodations for the luxury branded residences.
- Develop and implement effective reservation strategies to maximize occupancy rates and overall revenue yield.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, promptly addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback with utmost professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the front office, sales, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the reservations team to ensure adherence to brand standards and luxury hospitality protocols.
- Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and revenue reports for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in reservations and front office management within luxury hotels or branded residences.
- Proficiency in industry-standard Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-end hospitality environments.
