About the Role
Ericsson is a global leader in communications technology and services, empowering operators and industries worldwide. We are currently looking for a dynamic Reporting and Governance SME to drive operational reporting, performance management, and compliance across our telecom network and service operations. In this critical role, you will transform complex technical and business data into actionable insights, monitor strict SLAs, and ensure robust data governance to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries covering network and business performance.
- Define and govern KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, reporting standards, and escalation protocols across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor performance against targets, identifying trends, risks, and proactive corrective actions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, coordinating governance meetings, service reviews, and audit readiness.
- Partner with network, IT, finance, and vendor teams to automate workflows and standardize reporting practices.
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in reporting, performance management, or operational governance within telecom or tech.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, risk management, and operational audit controls.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
