Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, strategic referrals, networking, and proactive business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Promote and clearly explain the company’s comprehensive suite of loan and financial products to prospective clients.
- Assess and understand customers’ unique financial needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide dedicated support to customers throughout the entire loan application, verification, and documentation process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on disbursed loans to ensure smooth repayment and high customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in loan sales, customer service, business development, relationship management, banking, fintech, or microfinance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a natural ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
- Ability to confidently engage prospective and existing customers across various platforms.
